Dodge Charger 2006, SRT Style Functional Ram Air Hood by Amerihood®. Functional custom hood is perfect replacement for the ordinary factory hood. Direct cold intake air to work with performance air intake system by major manufacturers such as AirRaid and K&N. Amerihood utilized factory hinges and striker for easier installation, smooth gel coat finish on top and underside for easy prep and shorten work time for that perfect finish. Installation typically requires sanding, trimming, and filling prior to painting, thus, professional installation is recommended.

All Around Looks Very Nice, Just Got It Today!
Looks pretty good and in good shape! Just got mine in today so can not wait to get started on it Not company’s fault but when it had arrived the delivery guy had pretty much tossed it out of the back of the truck and had landed on the road but by looks looks like the packaging had saved it

Great Hood
Good quality, you definitely get your money’s worth, installing is very simple and they provide everything you need, looks amazing on my vehicle and I get compliments everywhere. Maybe put a Amerihood decal sticker in the box so people can advertise your product, I know I would’ve if it was provided.

08 Dodge Charger SE
The products fits about as good as my stock hood, if not better around the edges. I did run into a problem with my hood dampers lifting the back of the hood, but I may just have to adjust the hinges. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of this hood. It is very sturdy and came nicely packaged. The only real complaint I have is the shipping cost. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

2006 Charger RT
The hood looks great and I really like the air being pushed right into the intake. The alignment isn't the greatest but pretty decent considering the price. I had a little issue with the intake. I have a Spectre CAI with a heat shield and the hood wouldn't close with the heat shield sitting in its bracket. Easy fix, just cut the hood a little. You don't really need hood pins however, in my opinion it looks a lot better with hood pins. You will have to adjust the hinges and latch in order for it to close all the way.

Shaker Style Hood
I checked out several hood before purchasing this one. the fit is not perfect but actually really good for being aftermarket. even the guy who painted my car thought it was a really nice hood

Better Than Expected
From experience, I always expect aftermarket fiberglass hoods not to fit correctly, But this hood was a much better fit then I expected. The panel gaps were almost right on.
