My heater and a/c vents only can be selected to certain parts of my vehicle. It never stops blowing no matter where the dial is? Example- Select upper and lower arrows on the dial and it continues to blow all the heat onto upper body and defrost instead of legs and upper body. Also if you turn the dials all OFF; All The vents still blow out Heat or a/c powerfully. Is this the correct part to fix this issue?
