Front and Rear Upper Density Line Control Arm Kit by 034Motorsport®. The factory control arms are an integral part of the suspension, but can start wearing out as early as 40,000 miles - especially on enthusiast-owned vehicles which are driven hard on the street or track. As the rubber bushings degrade and ball joints develop play, alignment is compromised and steering becomes less precise. Control Arm Kit is designed to be a performance replacement for all eight of the factory control arms. Featuring high-durometer rubber bushings and high-quality ball joints, Density Line Control Arms are engineered to limit unwanted deflection in the suspension, resulting in tighter handling and more precise steering response than even brand new factory control arms can offer.
Only what is pictured is supplied, only "stressed must replace" hardware is included wtih this kit, new hardware for the sway bar end links is not supplied in this kit. To ensure a long life for these control arms, when they are installed, it is IMPERATIVE that the suspension be compressed to static ride height before any suspension pivot bushings are tightened. If this is not done, bushings will tear as the twisting forces on them will be much higher than is intended.
034Motorsport® is your premier destination for Audi and Volkswagen performance parts. The company was founded by Javad Shadzi in 2005, with the idea of bringing motorsport-quality performance upgrades to Audi and Volkswagen vehicles. 034Motorsport has since evolved and grown to meet the expanding needs of enthusiasts, but the underlying passion for innovation, performance, and quality remains. The 034Motorsport Performance Facility in Fremont, CA, is home to its engineering, manufacturing and tuning departments. Staffed by highly-skilled enthusiasts, these departments work in unison to design, test, build and calibrate the latest in performance upgrades for Audi and Volkswagen applications. Whether you're looking for something as simple as a replacement air filter or a racing-derived coilover suspension system, the company has you covered!
