About Ford Bronco Performance Exhaust Systems

Thinking of modifying your Ford Bronco but not sure what kind of modification to undertake? How about fitting in an aftermarket exhaust system? See, the coolest thing about Ford Bronco custom exhaust systems is that they not only make your Ford look good, they actually do a lot to boost your car’s overall performance. With a performance exhaust system in place, you are looking at an extra 10% in horsepower and a similar amount of torque. That translates to more pulling power, greater power at low rpm, faster acceleration and quicker throttle response. In other words, everything needed to turn any ride into a pleasure cruise. Check out the selection of superior quality Ford Bronco exhaust systems at CARiD. All are designed using the latest technology for maximum performance enhancement and are constructed from certified, durable materials. Take your pick from the Gibson and Flowmaster range of Ford Bronco exhausts.

For superior performance, supplement the exhaust system with a performance header, catalytic converter or muffler from Gibson, Flowmaster, Borla, Onki, RBP or MagnaFlow. Most of these will top up the engine power output with an extra 10-20hp. Combined, the additional power will enable your Bronco compete favorably with post 2013 models. With a custom exhaust system, you will no longer look at fuel economy figures for new car models and wistfully wish you had one of those because it turns your Ford Bronco into a fuel economy champion in its own right. Good thing it is already thrifty in its fuel consumption; the custom exhaust simply perfects this attractive characteristic. Finally, you will love how your Ford Bronco sounds after the custom exhaust system installation. The exhaust sound gets several notes deeper, yet without any trace of in-cabin drone.

Unbridled power and outrageous sound - that's what accompanies each exhaust system we store for you on our digital shelves. Manufactured from the premium materials using the latest technologies, they all are ready to complete the image of your vehicle and give you instant horsepower and torque gains. It has been a battle of the ages to make exhaust sound like it should. Having less bends or turns will not only improve the sound but also performance. A custom exhaust is always an option for the race inspired and spirited weekend warriors. Our manufactures offer everything needed to build a custom exhaust to your preference.
The consensus opinion among exhaust flow experts is that any V8 engine will benefit from a dual exhaust system with an H-pipe or X-pipe. H-pipes were first installed to quiet this exhaust noise. As with the H-pipe, an X-pipe also affects the sound of the exhaust. With an X-pipe, the two sides of the exhaust system are merged. The exhaust pressure on both banks is equalized and power is increased at all engine speeds.

"I had the garage that I deal with do the install. They told me that it was a simple install and made to match the Bird. The system looks great on the car. I was concerned that is was going to be too loud. When you first start the car and as you are accelerating, it has a nice throaty sound, but as you get up to speed, the sound quiets right up. Very pleased!"

"This exhaust system is not from the cat back, there is a piece of pipe 22.5" long that they don't include. My muffler had a 11" piece of pipe welded to it, they illuminate it, witch is not a problem. I would have gave it a 5 star if not for that pipe."

"I installed the Flowmaster Delta 50 on my 97 Explorer because my old, original muffler had seen better days. What I didn't expect was for my vehicle to have such a noticeable increase in horsepower! I can't say enough about how great it sounds when I'm driving down the highway. It has a nice rumble that's noticeable but not too loud. "

"Mild growl slightly louder than stock was an under statement!! They are really loud and prevent conservation at hi-way speeds. I will wait till I take a high way trip and live with them awhile before I decide to keep them or change them."
