Dodge Custom Hoods

Every driver on the lookout for an aftermarket accessory strives to accomplish a certain goal: to improve the exterior of the vehicle or boost its performance. Thanks to its aerodynamic features, the shape of the Dodge custom hoods lets you improve the internal gears’ efficiency. At the same time, these parts also enhance the car’s appearance. Scoop hoods redirect the air flow in a specific way, increasing the efficiency of the fuel consumption of the car. Cowl hoods don’t let the temperature of the internal gears exceed the safe limit. A bulge hood will let you install the aftermarket automotive parts because it expands the space of your engine compartment.

Let’s take a look at the wide range of materials used to produce the Dodge custom hoods. If your primary concern is the safety of the engine, carbon fiber should be the number one solution for you. This material is very durable and highly resistant to impact. It is even used in aerospace engineering. Fiberglass is one of the most flexible materials used for the hood on the aftermarket. If you want to create something unique, this is the solution for you. Last, but not least, stainless steel is an affordable solution that has similar parameters to the OEM equipment.

High quality fiber weaves. No breaks in the weave pattern. One continuous piece of fibers. The aluminum scoop mesh is a nice touch, holes for prop-rod are drilled out THIS time.. Last one wasn't.. Retains OEM skeleton inner shell, has the correct OEM hood scoop channeling to turbo with a cutout directly behind the scoop meshing.. Nice glossy finish, definitely a nice piece.
