Chevy Wind Deflectors

    About Chevy Wind Deflectors

Summer is a great time for rest and relaxation, but the heat scorching the earth during this season is a true nightmare. Everyone knows how hot the vehicle can be inside after an hour in the sun. You can argue that nowadays vehicles are equipped with air conditioning, but many makes and models, especially old ones, don't have them, and in summer, these vehicles can be like torture chambers for the drivers. One thing is for sure, driving on a summer day can be more pleasurable if you mount a set of wind deflectors, also know as rain guards, to your vehicle. With these accessories installed, you will get a comfortable ride with a steady stream of fresh air flowing through the interior.

We carry wind deflectors for all Chevy models, and all of them are built using the highest quality materials for superior functionality. What's more, all Chevy wind deflectors that we carry are produced by WeatherTech, Putco, Wade, AVS, and other prominent manufacturers. Take into consideration that these wind visors will also allow you to open the windows slightly when you're parked under the sun, without being noticeable and attracting unwanted attention of thieves or somebody else with a criminal mind.

Don't let the weather dictate how you cruise. Install a set of quality Rain Guards and enjoy fresh air cruising as the rain drops fall, quieter trips without tiresome wind noise, and come back to a cooler parked vehicle without excessive interior heat. Our Rain Guards are designed and manufactured for precise fit, ultimate functionality and long lasting durability. Check over 211 Rain Guard reviews with an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars, and choose the Rain Guards that are perfect for your vehicle.

Do Rain Guards Really Work?Do Rain Guards Really Work?
With a rain guard in place, the car can be ventilated when parked, without any worries about changes in the weather. If they function well for this purpose is very much dependent on the vehicle they are mounted on, and the way the air streams around the particular vehicle. If this is the way you intend to use the guards, try to find someone with wind deflectors mounted on the same model vehicle you have, and ask for a test ride.

"These visors are a great product if installed right. I found the instructions not very good. Installed the rear one wrong and cracked one. I bought a second set for my Kia that fit on the outside, and I love them. Plenty of air gets in without the water when it rains. Good product."

"I must say they are very easy to install. Love them. When it rains, I can have the windows open, and no rain comes in. I would say it is a must-have for any car. Love them."

"The louvers look superb - I end up painting them before installation with a gold ring around the perimeter and 1/4" red stripes going across at the outer edge of each individual louver. I thought the only problem would be the coldness of my Michigan winter as the recommended installation temperature range is 60 - 90 degrees F. For once winter deferred and a rare 56 degree day came up. Warming up the truck, well heated the glass, and installation was done and over in about 15 minutes. In deference to expected temperature, I let the adhesive patches cure for 3 days to make sure the bond was forever on the mounting tab's double faced tape and then affixed the louvers to them. Looks fabulous, easy to install, what more could you ask for. A definite final touch which will do great things toward both looks and keeping harsh sunlight out in the warmer months. My only regret is that no one yet makes one for my C6 Vette."

"They were very easy to install and they improved the looks of my truck much more than what the regular visors did. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to add that extra touch."

"I really like my putco visors. thy were real easy to install. I actually installed them while I was waiting for my wife at the dentist office. I just cleaned the track and put them inplace. It probably took about 20 minites and I was takeing my time so that I would not mess up. "
