Tuffy Security Products is a premier company in development and production of security and locking systems, security consoles and lock boxes for vehicles, and much more. Tuffy products feature the proprietary patented Pry-Guard II locking system, with a latch made from heavy-duty steel, which enables the lid to be latched closed without locking. Every product is hand crafted using high-technology computerized machines with tolerances no more than 0.005 of an inch. Every single step is done by experienced sheet metal craftsmen, everything starting from punching and metal forming to welding and grinding. Each Tuffy lock box is manufactured from heavy-duty 16-gauge steel and then is finished using a specially-developed electronically fusion-bonded special epoxy powder coat.
Along with excellent manufacture process, development and innovation are as well what Tuffy focuses on. The company has several patented security technologies, including Anti-Twist Push Button Design – when a product is locked, the push button can still be pushed with no deactivation of the latch; Latch Mechanism which allows the lock box to latch shut without being locked, and much more.
