You want to give your customers the best vehicle possible, so you need to be sure the wiper blade system you choose is completely reliable. TRICO subscribes to warranty information collected by Original Equipment manufacturers, and our warranty team continuously monitors warranty trends and costs. On a monthly basis, 3, 6, 12 and 36 months-in-service warranty data is plotted and the trends analyzed. When necessary, design and manufacturing changes are implemented to improve the warranty indicators.

Defects as measured by customer indicators such as Parts Per Million (PPM) are reviewed and continuous improvements are made to maintain low PPMs. TRICO has one of the lowest PPMs in wiper industry – less than 20 per million units – which puts us above most others in the wiper industry.

Trico® 33-122 - Classic™ 12" Silver Wiper Blade

Ordered the wipers and had them in two working days. Took more time getting the old blades off than it did putting the new ones on. Very pleased with the service and the product.
