These base rails are easy to attach to your truck’s bed, even if you have a plastic bed liner. A set of rubber blocks fit into the stake pockets, and expand as the bolt through them is snugged up. So they’re easy to remove when you change trucks. If your installation is more permanent, or you have no stake pockets, you can use the more traditional method of drilling holes. Made of rust-free aluminum, they allow the overhead racks freedom to slide the length of the bed to accommodate any cargo, anywhere. The rear rack runs on a different slide than the front, so they’ll stack up just about even with each other if you need them out of the way. Add some tiedowns or a toolbox mount, which also can slide freely when necessary or be locked down, and make the best use of your bed’s area for carrying things. With the included rubber and wedge-shaped plastic shims and tape, they’ll adapt to just about any bed rail.
