Premium™ Extreme Heavy Duty High Steer System with Hd Drag Link Flip Kit by TeraFlex®. The TeraFlex JK high steer system is a complete solution that addresses all areas of concern when performing a high steering upgrade on JK Wranglers. This Kit is Designed to Work Perfectly on JK Wranglers with 4-6" of Lift, and will Maintain Steering Geometry at the Correct Angles for Superior Highway Drivability. Kit Includes: 1 Driver High Steer Knuckle, 1 Passenger High Steer Knuckle, Complete Flipped Drag Link, Front Trackbar Drop Bracket, and Frame Brace Kit. Installation Does Not Require Any Cutting or Removal of Factory Bracketry. Welding is Required. The TeraFlex JK: Dana 30/44 High Steer System w/ HD forged Drag Link Flip Kit addresses all the front-end steering issues associated with lifted JK Wrangler/Unlimited models. This system beefs up the steering components of the Dana 30 or Dana 44 front axle, helps maximize steering component ground clearance, and restores correct steering geometry for superior highway drivability. Highly recommended for JK models with 4” or more lift. These High Steer Knuckles maintain correct steering geometry angles for superior highway drivability. Tie Rod ground clearance is increased by more than 1-1/8” to prevent tie rod damage and bending. Cast from heavy-duty ductile iron and reinforced in areas prone to stress and deflection. “Flipping” the HD forged Drag Link (50% stiffer than factory) over the Knuckle helps eliminate front-end shimmy and other alignment issues. The axle end joint is flipped 180 degrees so it can be pressed down into the top of the knuckle.
Whether you need to bolt on a bracket, or simply want one in raw steel to weld on, they‘ve probably got what you need.
TeraFlex® has been professionally involved with Jeeps since the 1950s and that experience taught them how to make them perform their best. TeraFlex was started in the fall of 1996 to meet the needs of the growing market for heavy duty off road equipment and suspension enhancements. And they've maintained a dominant hold on the market since then. TeraFlex was the first aftermarket manufacturer with a suspension system for the TJ Wrangler, and is still the only aftermarket company to offer a solution for the venerable 231 transfer cases low range gearing. In 2001, the entire off road industry was stunned at the CRD60 - an off-road-specific high-pinion 60 differential that took innovation to a new level, reinforcing their position in the industry.
