Product Details
Universal NoDrone Stainless Steel Weld-On Exhaust Resonator (ND24SS) by Synapse Engineering®. Resonator Inlet Diameter: 2". Resonator Outlet Diameter: 2". Resonator Overall Length: 24". Synapse NoDrone exhaust resonators are designed to reduce the drone that is common with aftermarket exhaust systems. NoDrone works by bouncing sound waves out of phase with the exhaust system and noise cancelling resonant frequencies to reduce the drone in the system. NoDrone is most effective at cruising speeds and RPMs that correspond within that range. NoDrone allows you to reduce your exhaust drone without having to completely take apart your exhaust system. You simply find a location in the exhaust where you can fit a resonator, cut a hole 2" diameter and weld the NoDrone resonator in place. It doesn't have a negative effect on power output, since it does not affect the exhaust flow in the system or present any sort of exhaust restriction. This premium product is the best way to go for those looking for the highest quality replacement that offers supreme levels of quality, performance and reliability. Designed to provide a perfect fit for a hassle free installation, this reliable product can help you get you vehicle back on the road faster and easier.
Notes
- To ensure precise fit, please check muffler shape, length and inlet diameter: the latter should match your exhaust pipe diameter
- Installation may involve welding and cutting

Synapse Engineering Inc. was founded in 1999 in San Diego, California by Peter Johann Medina to address specific product needs in the automotive performance and racing aftermarket. By 2002, the company’s first significant technology, Synchronic™ had been developed and formal intellectual property assets codified in a utility patent granted by the USPTO in 2005. Soon thereafter, turbocharger control products, namely compressor bypass valves and external wastegates, were made commercially available based on Synchronic™ technology. Fundamentally speaking, Synchronic™ is a redesign of the geometry of the fluid powered actuator. With Synchronic™ we are able to counter-bias high working forces, change actuation from a binary to a quartenary logic and have possibly one of the fastest operating actuator mechanisms since its original invention.
