Universal Cruiser/eBike Bar Adapter by Swagman®. Max Load: 35 lbs. per bike when used on a Hanging Rack. A simple solution to create a higher top tube on Step Through, Cruiser, eBike or smaller bikes to allow use our platform hitch mount racks. Creates a higher top tube for your bike by attaching below the stem and seat post of your bikes. This will allow the ratcheting arms of your bike to hold step through and heavier weight bikes securely by grabbing onto the adapter.
