Warranty

Stewart Warner shall warrant its products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase, provided that these products are installed and operated according to the purpose for which they were intended, designed, and specified.

This warranty excludes items that are incorrectly installed, misused, or abused by the customer as would be uncovered upon examination. If a suspect product is determined that the product is in fact defective, Stewart Warner will replace the product free-of-charge or issue a credit for the customer. Customers are advised to consult with a Stewart Warner sales representative in regard to this matter. Stewart Warner will not assume responsibility for labor costs associated with the removal of suspect product or the cost of equipment downtime, or any other costs associated with concerns that are not specifically related to workmanship or materials.
