SP Performance Rotor Warranty

SP Performance rotors are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship, and are guaranteed not to crack for the life of the rotor (The life of the rotor is measured by the minimal thickness. Warranty does not apply to worn out rotors). WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

Brake noise or squealing
Rotors worn to minimum thickness
Pulsation caused by other factors such as a faulty caliper, worn out hardware, or excessive brake pad material transfer
Damage caused by excessive overheating (Bluing) of the rotors
Off road, commercial and racing applications
Improper installation, modification, or product abuse

SP Performance Street Plus Brake Pads

SP Performance will guarantee Street Plus Brake Pads, to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the life of the pad. This would include missing parts, broken or loose clips, etc. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, noise, or damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operations, or improper installation or service. SP Performance does not make any other warranty claims, either expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will SP Performance be liable for incident or consequential damages of any kind, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict product liability. This includes without limitation, damage to property, or other losses that may be incurred. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and that the product was installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. This warranty does not apply to commercial vehicles or vehicles used in racing. The warranty is limited to the exchange of the product only, and only after the manufacturer's inspection of the defect. All valid warranty claims will be replaced with Street Plus brake pads. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

Pads worn out do to normal wear
Problems caused by other factors such as a faulty caliper, worn out hardware
