Warranty

Sirco Industries Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the product purchased from Sirco Industries shall be free from defect in material and workmanship for sixty (60) days from the date of receipt by the original consumer of the product under normal use and service. Defects caused by tampering, abuse, improper use, unauthorized alteration or repair, or contact with other defective products not purchased from Sirco Industries are not covered by this Warranty. Sirco Industries shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim, including (without limitation) incidental or consequential damages, or any kind whatsoever including any loss, damage or claim resulting directly or indirectly, from any breach of any warranty, express or implied, or any other use of or defect in this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This limited warranty is the only warranty given by Sirco Industries and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, of any kind whatsoever, including (without limitation) the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and of merchantability except the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall apply only for the sixty-day duration of this warranty. This warranty may not be extended or modified by any person or entity, including any person or entity selling the product to the original consumer purchaser, without Sirco Industries’ prior written consent. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
