Universal Base Plate for Tow Hook Receiver by Rennline®. This Universal base Plate is designed to be bolted in place, out of site and then, when needed a screw in tow hook receiver with tow hook can be threaded into place (works with part numbers E81-4 and E81). This particular mount allows for 2-5" of adjustability depending which mounting holes are used.
