Over 15 years of utilizing Carbon Fiber Technology has given PST the experience needed to create world-class carbon fiber driveshafts. They're built to provide reliable performance and ensure extraordinary longitudinal capacity. Each driveshaft is specifically designed by PST Engineering Department to maximize the characteristics of carbon fiber required in each specific application. The company offers a comprehensive range of carbon fiber shafts from the Drag 1480 through 2.75″ 1310 shafts for Foreign Rally Sport applications. These shafts are a perfect answer to long, high RPM applications such as Pro-Stock trucks and can be produced for any amount of HP. Many drag racers experience a half a tenth increase in performance just by going with a carbon fiber driveshaft.
PST steel shafts are perfect solution for longer or higher HP applications. The shafts are designed and built under the most rigorous tolerances in the industry. Tubing is hydraulically straightened to .005″ total run-out at the center of the tube. Tube yokes are welded to within .006″ run-out on each end. Also, steel shafts are electronically computer balanced to less than 1/8 Oz/Inch, as an assembly, assuring smooth operation at all speeds. PST aluminum shafts are desired in many Hot Rod applications for appearance. Critical speed is considered on each aluminum shaft to insure the driver's safety and ultimate shaft longevity. The shafts come complete with the most common standard transmission Slip Yokes. The manufacturer also provides a Preferred Extended Protection (PEP) program which is a 100% guarantee, that your shaft, whether aluminum, steel, or carbon, will be replaced or repaired, if any failure occurs.
