Medium Strength Threadlocker BLUE Gel (24005) by Permatex®, 5 g GEL SQUEEZE™ applicator. This high strength threadlocker gel is specially designed for heavy-duty applications from 3/8'' to 1''. It is the next generation in chemical technology that prevents leakage and loosening of threaded fasteners while offering excellent protection from corrosion. It applies even on vertical surfaces and has a special formula that eliminates drips, globs, mess, or waste. Especially well-suited for permanently locking studs and press fits. Replaces set screws and snap rings.

- Suggested Applications: Valve cover bolts, water pump bolts, oil pan bolts, drive shaft bolts, rocker arm adjustment nuts, carburetor studs; also ideal for vertical applications.

This anaerobic gel cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and is suitable for applications such as cylinder block and rocker arm studs, frame bolts, shock absorber bolts, heavy equipment bolts, construction equipment, etc. Available with the Gel Twist pin-point applicator and the Gel Squeeze applicator. When disassembly is required, parts assembled with this product may need special tools or heat to be removed.
