These top-of-the-line V-Series bulbs are made using the latest LED technology which results in an ultra-luminous and extremely efficient light output combined with superior durability and reliability. The bulbs physically match original bulbs for OEM fitment and easy DIY installation. They feature the precision filament geometry for no-glare illumination? They have no fan, heat sink, or other obstructing/cumbersome cooling system. Plus, the die-cast design provides increased thermal conductivity and heat dissipation to ensure long bulb life. Oracle Lighting lights also feature the SmartDrive Active Thermal Regulation (ATR) temperature management system protecting the LEDs and bulb components.
Usually LED bulbs have relied on passive thermal management systems such as large heat sinks, metal ribbons, or loud cooling fans. These methods can be unreliable and almost always make the installation process more difficult and time-consuming for the installer. The Oracle Lighting LED driver operates from a 6V to 24V input and offers constant current output at up to 1 Amp. If the bulb becomes hot and surpasses optimal working temperature, the driver can reduce the current by altering the PWM duty cycle until the temperature stabilizes.
Supplementing passive thermal management with active techniques such as these allows for a very small bulb package without risking damage to the LED or creating an environment where the LED lifetime would otherwise be significantly shortened. Although reducing the current decreases luminosity, the current reduction is minimal and such that the change in luminosity is below the threshold that a customer can detect. Fortunately, the human eye is poor at detecting luminosity changes in high-brightness devices so there is reasonable flexibility in the balance between controlling temperature and noticeably compromising luminosity.

Both my factory low beams failed within 2 weeks, what are the odds? After the first went out I started looking for a better replacement than halogen and of the many choices here I settled on the Oracle VSeries. They were so easy to install I did not even need directions. The daytime running mode strobes slightly, which I don't really mind. At night the difference is dramatic. I wish I had switched sooner.

Oracle Lighting® V5231-001 - VSeries LED Conversion Kit (H4)
Huge upgrade over OEM lights on a 2003 Toyota Sequoia. These work well in all modes (daytime running lights, low and high beams). Significant visibility improvement, especially at night. Cake install, plug and play. Sturdy construction. They are not cheap, yet they are not the most expensive either. Great value.
