Universal Power-Loader™ Front Loader by Great Day®. Custom Cart owners, now you can enjoy the awesome convenience of having the loading and transporting capabilities of the PowerLoader on your machine. The PowerLoader is the only loading and transporting device available to make a golf cart styled vehicle a true hunting vehicle. Getting to and from a hunting location is important, but having a means of handling a trophy animal is a must! When installing a PowerLoader onto a Custom Cart, the use of a Mounting Kit is required in order to position the PowerLoader frame far enough away from the vehicle to allow the unit to work properly. The kit includes two brackets that attach to the bumper and, in turn, the PowerLoader attaches to the brackets. The kit also includes security straps and mounting hardware.

WARRANTY: GDI warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months on ramps/12 months on all other products from the date of original retail purchase. GDI warrants its hardware (where applicable) is delivered to be free from physical defects for a period of 24 months from the date of original retail purchase.

REPAIR PROCEDURES, EXCLUSIVE REMEDY: GDI will, at its option, repair or replace products not conforming to this limited warranty at no charge. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available for breach of warranty or under any other legal theory with respect to GDI products.

LIMITATIONS: This warranty is void if the product is damaged by improper or abnormal use or by accident; if the product is altered or modified in any way other than those directed by official GDI instructions; or if any attempt is made to repair the product without authorization from GDI. It is solely the purchaser’s responsibility to determine the suitability of these products for each particular application. GDI products are in all events not suitable, and are not authorized, for use in any situations that might pose potentially injurious to life and health, other than those situations that the products are intended for. This warranty is not assignable.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES: Except as provided in this limited warranty, the warranty card supplied with the GDI ATV product and user manuals are provided “as is”. All other warranties and representations, oral or written, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded and do not apply. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof. Except as required by law, no representative, agent, or employee of GDI is authorized to make warranties, representations, or obligations inconsistent with or in addition to those set forth in the limited warranty.

NO DAMAGES: In no event will GDI be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from breach of warranty or under any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will GDI be liable for sums in excess of the purchase price of the product. GDI is thus not liable for lost profits or goodwill; downtime; damage or destruction of items or equipment used with or in conjunction with GDI products; personal injury or loss; or any damages.

GENERAL: (a) This agreement is the entire agreement between you and GDI; supersedes any prior or different agreements, representations, or proposals; and may be changed only by written agreement with GDI. (b) Waiver by any party of any default or breach of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default or breach of the same or different kind. (c) The invalidity of any portion of this agreement shall not affect the validity of the other provisions hereof. (d) This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, U.S.A.

Used Every Yr Still Working

Great Day® - Power-Loader™ Front Loader

I have struggled year after year trying to load deer on to my rincon that I have harvested. I then found the power lifter and hunting by myself made it much better and easier on this old body. If I can I like to hunt as long as I can and hunting by myself I can load my own deer. You must be careful because every one in camp that doesn't have one will want you to recover their deer.
