Warranty

Go Rhino® warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty claims must be accompanied with the original invoice and photos of the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to clean regularly and protect finish with regular applications of a nonabrasive polish that is compatible with the product’s finish.

This warranty covers the cost of the product only and does not include the cost of removal, installation of the product. This warranty is void if the product shows signs of alteration, misuse, mishandling, improper care, neglect, improper application and/or damage due to improper installation. This warranty provides a one-time replacement on workmanship if all of the above conditions are met.

Finish warranty covers peeling, flaking, or cracking. Washing all finishes regularly with car wash soap and rinsing well with water is the best method for maintaining the finish on your products. You must also protect the finish with nonabrasive automotive wax on a regular basis. The use of any compound which contains abrasives becomes a self-defeating exercise as the compound scratches the finish and opens it to corrosion. The use of harsh chemicals used to remove bugs and tar may also cause the finish to fail and should be avoided.

2008 GMC 2500HD CC/SB

The 3" Dominator D3 side steps arrived promptly. Overall the installation was easy although you will need some help holding the bar when you bolt them to the brackets. The brackets were easy to install but I did have to chase the forward mounting bracket hole with a tap because I was installing them on an 8 year old truck. This is no fault of Go Rhino, just something to be expected when installing them on a 8 year old truck that has seen some northern winters. I found the weld quality inconsistent with some welds more poorly executed than others. This may not be important but as a welder I tend to notice welds that would not pass inspection at my work. If you are looking for bars that mount to the frame, then continue your search because these mount to the body. Any excessive force will cause the body to bend but at strong enough for a step or to protect your paint from the errant shopping cart. They improve the look of my truck and make getting in a lot easier with a 7 inch lift and 35 inch tires.

Truck Step Upgrade

I didn’t buy the steps for looks, but it really makes my F150 look good, 3” tubing, 3 steps, 2 for the doors and the third for stepping up to look in toolbox. Shipping was fast, ahead of scheduled delivery date. Packaged well with instructions and hardware. Install took about 1-1/2 hrs, no special tools or drilling and it fit perfectly.

Best First Thing to Get!

Super easy to install, did it myself in an hour best looking for a 6” inch lifted truck! And the steps drop down low so it’s easier for the wife to get in haha but still have plenty of ground clearance. 5 stars my far!

Go Rhino D3 W2W Steps

So far I like them, the only issues I've had during install the brackets that bolt to the role at the bottom of the cab weren't long enough to reach the bottom of the cab, thus I had to exclude the use of 1 bolt on each side because the brackets were to short.

Nice Steps

I'm liking these steps. They seem to be very well made and sturdy. The install was a pain in the a##. The pictures on the directions were blurry and basically of no use. I have a diesel so the front passenger bracket was an enormous pain and took forever to figure out the bracket and get it installed. The other brackets however were simple and went quickly. All in all I like the steps and would probably get them again.
