2000 Series Reducing Hose End (229015-BL) by Fragola Performance Systems®. The Series 2000 Pro Flow Hose Ends differ from the Series 3000 Hose Ends in the fact that they feature the 'single nipple' method of hose attachment. With the 'single nipple' style, the socket draws the hose over a long tapered single nipple. The sealing feature is the crush of the hose between the inside of the socket and the outside of the nipple. With this style of hose end, reusing it is a breeze. There is no sliver of cut hose to remove before reinstalling the hose end on a new piece of hose. All Hose Ends are manufactured from aerospace quality aluminum and machined to mil spec tolerances. F.F. Screw Products started in 1973 as a job shop in a 1000 square foot building that was run as a part time operation with 1 employee. Within 4 years, it changed to a full time operation with 10 employees. In 1982 after years of doing job shop components for many large companies brand decided to start making their own product and F-K Bearings was started. At that time they were operating both F.F. Screw Products and F.K. bearing in two separate buildings that were approximately 36,000 square feet combined. In 1999 after talking to many of customers who kept inquiring why they didn’t manufacture fittings for the racing industry, Fragola Performance Systems® came about. Brand is now housed in a 80,000 square foot building with 35 employees, while sister company F.K. Bearings is across the street from brand with their own 80,000 square foot building with 55 employees.
