Rubber bump stop pads that fit over the stops provide proper cushioning for your tailgate hinge itself, and they prevent the tailgate from rattling over bumps. If original rubber pads have degraded or metal stops have become damaged or bent, Energy Suspension offers the Tailgate Hinge Bracket and Bushing Set. The hinge brackets are made from reinforced steel, then plated with zinc for long-lasting corrosion protection.
Bushings made of polyurethane provide stronger, more resilient cushioning that will not collapse, deform, or crumble the way rubber mounts can.
