Duraliner products are warranted to the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship when used on light trucks under normal operating conditions. As of the date of purchase, the products are warranted for as long as such purchaser owns the vehicle on which they were installed (valid only in the 50 states).

This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, improperly applied or installed, or installed on vehicles used for commercial purposes. In addition, this warranty does not apply to damage as a result of an accident, misuse and/or unreasonable use. This warranty does not cover normal wear of the original owner's truck bed.

The company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing/replacing the defective product in accordance with this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
