Golf Ball Silver Heavy Weight Shift Knob with Gray Alcantara (GSBUF) by Black Forest Industries®. This cool shift knob with the integrated VW/Audi adapter not only provides a comfortable shifting experience but also can add a touch of style to any interior. Its topping is coated with a semi-aniline that is smooth to the touch and highly impervious to wear and tear.

BFI shift knobs will sit at or near the stock height on most vehicles. One exception is the MK7 GTI & Golf R which has a 'hollow' shift knob and shorter selector shaft height. This means is shift knob will sit noticeably lower than stock

The shape of the shift knob resembles a golf ball and has the integrated adapter designed to work with just about any VW/Audi shift lever and secured using three set screws for all models. It features the modern update on a classic design and is nearly twice as heavy (~235g) than the original with its steel upper portion and aluminum lower. The shifting effort is substantially reduced while feel is greatly improved. The top portion is wrapped in a semi-aniline, uncorrected natural hide; OE Audi "Valcona" leather, soft to the touch but with good wear resistance and durability.

Warranty

Black Forest Industries warranties their products against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Warranty applies to original purchaser and is not transferable. This applies to products manufactured by Black Forest Industries – and not those sold/distributed by Black Forest Industries. Other manufacturer’s products default to their expressed warranty.

Exceptions to the warranty include, but are not limited to, wear and tear items such as brake rotors, brake pads, flywheels and clutches and clearance.

Warranty will become void if:
the product has been used in competition/racing;
the product has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained;
repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than an authorized Black Forest Industries dealer, unless cleared beforehand by Black Forest Industries LLC;
repairs are required because of normal wear and tear;
alterations have been attempted or made to the product;
the product is classified as a consumable;
the product has been involved in an accident.

This warranty is limited to repairs and/or replacement of the product or part found to be defective. Black Forest Industries reserves the right to refund the complete purchase price for the defective item and will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from the defect.

If a part or a component from the Black Forest Industries product, system or kit is found to be defective, this warranty shall apply only to the defective part or component and shall not require Black Forest Industries to repair, replace or refund the complete Black Forest Industries product, system or kit.
