Half Louvered Headache Rack (147LV) by BackRack®. Don't be like everyone else on the road. Get this headache rack and create the look that reflects your style. This cab guard comes with two louvered inserts that provide shade for your cabin. They are powder coated for superior corrosion resistance and easily bolt into the frame using stainless steel cap screws.
Installing a headache rack makes your truck both more practical and stylish. This rack allows for carrying lumber, ladders, and other large and heavy cargo with ease while protecting the cab of your truck from damage caused by cargo that may slide forward. Plus, the rack adds a touch of style to your pickup truck. The louvered insert headache rack from BackRack provides not only excellent cab protection and unique style but also shade, keeping the cab cooler.
The rack comes with two inserts that fasten into the frame with five stainless steel cap screws on each side. The insert rack has 3/8 inch internally threaded fasteners placed in the tube to accept the insert panel. The inserts are dipped in a 12 stage Electrostatic coating process and then powder coated for a double layer of corrosion resistance. The open center of the rack is perfect for sliding rear windows. The rack requires no drilling on most applications and is compatible with the most popular tonneau covers.
