Warranty

One-Year Warranty

Your genuine AutoTecknic-branded product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase when used in accordance with AutoTecknic's user manuals/ guidelines. Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to AutoTecknic even in situations where you purchased the AutoTecknic product from a third party authorized reseller. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, AutoTecknic, at its option will (1) repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or with your consent, a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces, or (3) refund the original purchase price.

This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as front lip scrape guards unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. The warranty also excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Product that does not have the AutoTecknic hologram warranty sticker visible will also be excluded from the warranty claim.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) Learn More

Very Disappointed

Duraflex® 100172 - Bomber Style Fiberglass Rear Bumper Cover (Unpainted)

CARiD customer service was very helpful with all my questions about this item. I received the body kit as a whole in a reasonable time frame. The kit shipped with minimal packaging, crammed together in one box. Miraculously, none of the pieces were broken upon inspection. This bumper required removal of the rear crash bar, but even then it does not fit the rear of the 7th gen Celica frame. The diffuser section hits the rear frame that completes the spare tire well, and this forces you to heavily modify the rear of the vehicle's body cut out the diffuser all together, which defeats the purpose of this bumper. Was very excited based on how it looks, but it was never meant to go on the car it was designed for.

GT-R Style Fiberglass Rear Bumper Cover

Duraflex® 108469 - GT-R Style Fiberglass Rear Bumper Cover (Unpainted)

This is a fiberglass bumper cover. Just like any fiberglass kit you buy there will be some minor work to make a smooth finish so that should always be expected. This is the second rear bumper I bought because someone hit me in the rear of my car. Both times the fitment was very good. I recommend Duraflex kits to those who are willing and able to fit the kit up them selves.I have the full GT-R kit installed on my car and get complements every day I drive it.

Pre-Cut Painted Bodyside Moulding

The moulding is of a high guality and a perfect paint match. It arrived well packaged to prevent damage and following the directions it was easy to install. Overall I was very satisfied and it adds to the apperance of the car.
