SRT2 Style Functional Ram Air Hood (DC11AHSRT2FHW) by Amerihood®. Functional ram air hood is a perfect replacement for the ordinary factory hood. Inspired by factory SRT model, functaionl hood scoop direct cold intake air to work with performance air intake system by major manufacturers such as AirRaid and K&N. Amerihood utilized factory hinges and striker for easier installation, smooth gel coat finish on top and underside for easy prep and shorten work time for that perfect finish. Installation typically requires sanding, trimming, and filling prior to painting, thus, professional installation is recommended.

All parts purchased by the customer must be post cured and pre-fitted to the vehicle to be inspected before painting, such paint work is the sole responsibility of the customer and person painting the part.

Amerihood warrants to the original purchaser that their products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (90) days from the date of purchase. Please keep the original packaging for at least (90) days.

This warranty does not include painting and Amerihood does not warrant for product damage caused by abuse, misuse, shipping, accident, normal wear, incorrect installation by a non-qualified individual, incorrect modification or adjustment, dirt, contaminants or corrosion. Minor scuffs or non-consequential surface blemishes may be present as a result of the post-curing, manufacturing, shipping and handling process cannot be considered as defective.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by a dated, legitimate proof of purchase from Amerihood or one of its authorized dealers. Warranty claims for Amerihood merchandise purchased from an Amerihood dealer or distributor must be submitted to that dealer or distributor in accordance to their policies and procedures. It will be up to Amerihood to replace, credit or repair said defective part.

This is my second hood from CARiD. First one, a raised cowl hood, fit and looked great on my 2011 Avalanche. So, I decided to get this hood for my 2012 Charger Superbee. Arrived, checked it out. Very nice hood. Little preparation and it will soon be on the car.

Arrived to body shop. Staff was amazed as to the straight lines clean surface. Little to none blemishes. No cutting to sanding need to set body lines. Much better than durables, better product. Recommend buying this over duraflex. So far very happy with product. Will make further comments after painting and installation. Will try to product pictures when finished.

Love My New Hood

I'll start by saying this hood looks awesome!!! It was delivered in a timely manner and I was able to install it with my dad. I sprayed it with platidip just cause I was so excited I couldn't wait till I got it painted to put it on. Overall I feel this is a really good product.

I was nervous with this hood only having two reviews when I bought it. I took a gamble and it paid off incredibly well. My car looks completely different, more aggressive, beefy but not overbearing, just all around great. The shop that did my work said it was an easy process for them, the fit was damn near perfect and they did little to no adjustments. I will use this site again for any further product needs. Amazing Product!

Received this hood and my overall thoughts were wow, this thing was made properly. No damages upon arrival. No uneven curves or edges, No warped spots. Fitment was about 95% which is amazing compared to most other brands. It took literally 2 minutes of adjustments to be perfect! I was skeptical at first being that there were no reviews but i took the chance and it sure did pay off! Great product.
