Came pretty much as expected, works so far, decent quality. For my particular application I had to rotate the clocking 180 degrees. Not that big a deal, split the case and rotate. There's a trick though, you'll have to slide something small and straight in through the hole in the back to keep the brushes in place so you can put the cases back together. Did not come with core refund instructions as stated. When I emailed and asked about this they just gave me the core refund without having to send the core in. Kinda shady, which is why I docked a star.
It looks completely new and the quality of this part looks great.

Excellent!
Product arrived in a timely manner good packaging. Took me about half an hour to install no problems everything work like it’s supposed to I would definitely recommend it good product.
