Can this come with the bolt to hold the seat to the floor? Is there a way i can pay for that separately since i dont actually need this product? I only need the bolt. If not, do you know anywhere i could buy one?

Hello, unfortunately, this does not include the bolt. I recommend taking the bolt from the passenger side and going to your local hardware store with it. You should be able to find something that works.
