Limitations on the Warranty. Remedy Limits. Repair or replacement is your sole remedy under this limited warranty or any other warranty related to the product. Cequent will not be liable for service or labor charges incurred in removing or replacing a product or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge and agree that any use of the product for any purpose other than the specified use(s) stated in the product instructions is at your own risk.

Governing Law. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights which vary from state to state. This limited warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to rules pertaining to conflicts of law. The state courts located in Oakland County, Michigan shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes relating to this warranty.

Misleading Description

Draw-Tite® - Class 3 Trailer Hitch with 2" Receiver Opening

The hitch is good quality, and installs fairly easily, but there is no way to do it in 15 min. The installation instructions say 90 min for a professional shop. I am a mechanic, and it took me about 2.5 hrs ( I did have a 3-year-old helper). Just plan for the time. You will need a saw for cutting the bumper cover as well as sockets and wrenches.

Draw Tite Hitch For 2016 Honda Odyssey

Draw-Tite® 75270 - Class 3 Max-Frame™ Round Trailer Hitch with 2" Receiver Opening (4000/400 Weight Capacity)

Although the hitch looks good when it came to installing it the two forward bolt holes did not line up with the bolt holes in the frame of the vehicle. This caused a lot of concern with installing the hitch. Also, the neck of the hitch does not extend far enough to the rear to make it easy to attach a mobility scooter lift. I am also not happy with the size of the 2-inch square hole that the draw bar goes into because the draw bar seems to be a sloppy fit which makes the whole mobility lift shift from left to right as we're driving. This is not at all the quality that I expected to have from Draw Tite! The main reason I chose this hitch is the claimed 400-pound tongue weight and 4000 pound towing capacity. Now I'm worried that it will last.

Draw-Tite® 75270 - Class 3 Max-Frame™ Round Trailer Hitch with 2" Receiver Opening (4000/400 Weight Capacity)

I received my Draw - Tite 75270 within days of my purchase. Very impressed with the quality of the product. Have yet to actually use it, the initiation trip is next week, It looks nice on our Odyssey, looks sleek, hidden under the rear bumper. The installation was more time consuming than it was stated in the instructions, definitely recruit a friend or family member to assist,as the hitch assembly is a bit heavy and cumbersome for one person to do alone, otherwise the installation is pretty basic and easy to follow instructions.
