Is it the plastic trim that goes on the front bumper? Not the two flare looking plastic strips but the plastic that runs all through the front bumper? My bumper is good but that plastic trim is cracked with a hole about 2 inches wide.

Is this the part that goes inbetween the middle of bumper between the fog lights? On the bottom portion of the bumper?
