2015 Subaru WRX Factory Style Spoilers

I bought this spoiler and had it custom painted. The spoiler shipped and it was punctured through the paint and spoiler itself. The box came undamaged and it was wrapped perfectly fine bits were rattling around inside and the paint is spider webbed. I now have to pay upwards of 400 to have it fixed after paying 640 to buy it. This item said non returnable so Im now stuck with this pos car part. I'd appreciate if I could even get a partial refund or the funds to have it fixed. The paint on the spoiler also appeared to be over sprayed and started to overlap itself.
