Question:
People at body shop suggest replacing the "door": does that mean to replace the door shell?
Posted by Customer / November 14, 20222020 Mercedes C Class
CARiD Answer:
Hello, replacing the door could mean several things, but in my opinion, they are referring to replacing the whole door. The door shell includes the inner and outer skins which is what I believe your body shop is referring to.

Question:
Do you sell items labeled 4 and 5 separately? What are their correct names?

CARiD Answer:
Hi, part #4 is the Rear Outer Door Seal, and part #5 is the Door Belt Molding. We do sell both of these items separately, and you can find both of them at this link: https://www.carid.com/2016-mercedes-c-class-oem-exterior-body-parts/mercedes-benz-oe-rear-door-exterior-trim-2879073271.html
