2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee OEM Driveline & Axles Reviews

1 review
Very pleased with this rear differential lock motor. Our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was showing the Service 4WD system indicator on the instrument cluster as well as code C2221 in the PCM. Our Autonation Jeep dealership quoted us thousands of dollars to diagnose and repair the problem. After some research it was clear that the diff. lock motor was the culprit and is a known issue with these Jeeps. It was a very easy fix and I had the motors swapped out in minutes. The old motor was clearly bad, as the shaft was very hard to turn. The Service 4WD indicator turned off immediately upon first start and the system has been functioning properly ever since.
