Is this item (#1 labeled as "bumper cover") just a cover or is this the actual front bumper? I have a kia optima hybrid ex 2015 (white) and one side of my front bumper is bent outward, so I'm looking for the actual front bumper piece/part to replace just that one part. Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated! Thank you
