2008 Chevy Malibu Lights

Coming from a guy who doesn't have much experience with installing parts on cars, it was pretty easy. Time consuming though, and you definitely need to be patient. Removing the old headlights was simple. Plenty of videos on YouTube to help you there. The only issue I had was with the high beam bulb, the cut out was not big enough to fit the bulb. I had to file it down for it to fit. Also removing the corner side marker bulb is pretty much impossible, so I just ran to my local Napa store and picked them up for $2.00. It's just a really small bulb, not a big deal, everything else I reused. While I had my headlights out I decided to upgrade to HID 4300k bulbs ( **Sylvania Silverstar H11. On advance auto parts website these are an exact fit, fit right into the new housing with no issues** ) just a little more whiter of a light than stock. I did notice a little bit of vision loss during night driving, I'm assuming only because the housing is now black instead of chrome, not a big deal. Installation took a couple hours by myself. Getting the headlights back in is kinda difficult. Just gotta take your time with it. After they were installed they definitely look better than stock. I replaced mine because my driver side headlight was getting condensation inside the lens. Great produce, easy to install, looks great, and shipped with in the 4-6 days. Definitely would recommend to anyone trying to make their Malibu look a little more custom, or to anyone who's lens are getting fogged up inside.
