2004 Ford Expedition Window Regulators

First off I am VERY impressed with the customer service. I had some questions about the assembly. So at around 11pm on a Weekend night...I thought I would at least leave a message on the chat box and maybe get an answer the next business day People...they actually answered me. It was a real person at 11pm at night on the weekend...unbelievable. They answered my question, so I bought it then. It was in stock and I save $50.00 going with CARiD. NOW I will check them first on anything else. Shipping was perfect. The assembly was tough to get in but about 3 hour later (mybad...not having the right tools for job was an hour of my time)..my window goes up and down like new. The videos on you tube are useless. There is a point where you find out you are wasting your time watching. You shut it off and just go for it. There is one thing no one tells you. You must take the 2 window supports off the old unit and bolt them on the new assembly. After that then I got it. Done and working great. Thank You CARiD.
