"The purchasing procedure was flawless. The box contained all parts needed for installation. The instructions for installation were dead on. However, one of the "Z" brackets was either a bit warped, or one of the holes in the driver's side front bracket installation was not correct. I had a terrible time getting the two bolts to line up. In fact, while tightening the bracket, one of the bolts welded to the "Z" broke away from it. Thank god it was the one in the open so that I could get a wrench on it to hold the nut while securing the bolt to it. The other end is enclosed within the floor panel and is not accessible at all. I am very pleased with the look and functionality of the step bars. My wife had hip surgery recently and the step bars make entry to the vehicle a snap. Thanks "
