Duraflex® - Magneto Style Fiberglass Hood (Unpainted)

Overall, the product looks good in pictures and in theory. What is not shown is the bright metallic metal grating on the inside of the vents. Also, this product comes extremely rough. I understand they say that it requires professional installation, however when I received mine, it had multiple air bubbles in the material and rough patches in the finish that would need to be serious body work. On top of this, the coating they use will not adhere to vinyl wraps unless it is professionally painted after you get it (and at that point there’s few reasons to wrap it). My last and most important poin I wish to make here is that the hood edges which run alongside the fenders of the car did not come straight, let alone with a moderate gap tolerance. This high tolerance creates even more of an issue when attempting to bolt it in, and causes one of the bolts to not be secured into the hood (you have 4, so it’s not horrible, however it is definitely worth noting). While my driver’s side fits *nearly* snug alongside the fender, the passengers side leaves roughly an eighth to half inch gap between the body and the hood. This gap clearly fluctuates, as the edges of the hood are not even made correctly. I understand that I signed for the hood and thus accepted the hood in this condition, however no product worth this amount of money should fail to meet basic quality control.
