Fixed calipers by Wilwood offer unmatched stopping power. The pistons in fixed calipers are located on both sides of the disc, allowing for evenly distributed clamping force. They apply more squeezing power and apply it more evenly during braking as force is directly applied to both sides. This caliper kit includes D8-4 calipers, DOT compliant stainless braided brake lines and a set of BP-10 Smart Pad compound brake pads. After installing this caliper kit on your vehicle you get the added benefit of four piston pad clamping power. D8-4 calipers enable great pedal response along with substantial weight savings over the OE calipers. The aluminum body of calipers is an excellent way to provide cooler operating temperatures as well as better heat dissipation, which means longer wear rate for road or track applications. Caliper finishes are available if you want to add a customized look to your stock or custom wheels.
