"Gave my Camaro an aggressive look."
"They helped me all the way from the ordering the hood to get more info on the time it was going to be here on my door step. Thank you, CARiD!"
"Product was delivered in good condition. Bolted on with no problems. The body shop did have to fill in some minor low spots before painting. This hood looks great on my 07 Chevy Silverado. "
"Finally got the hood. It looks great, but have concerns about install. I have not fitted yet, but I can see there are going to be issues. Permanent fasteners do not come on hood. Just holes. Second issue is "where doses the rain water go?" Channeling under the hood brings the air to the air box as it should, and so will the water."
"I am "VERY" pleased with this product, from the color, to the appearance of my truck with the scoop on, and the comments of my friends who have seen it, also agree that it makes the the truck look very sharp. Just follow the directions supplied with product and you will have no problem installing it. The only concern I would have in the instructions would be the use of "laquer thinner" to clean the hood before installing the scoop. I was told this could damage the paint, so I used varsol to prep the hood and have had no problems. I had this scoop color code painted to my truck and as far as I'm concerned, it is a perfect match.
