CYC Engineering, Inc. guarantees the original purchaser of Raptor Series Stainless Steel & Aluminum products a limited lifetime warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect or scratches during the life of the product. This limited lifetime warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company’s products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, shipping charges, inconvenience, or consequential damages.

This limited ten (10) year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company’s products. Plastic End Caps & Step Pads - Limited One-Year Warranty
CYC Engineering, Inc. guarantees the original purchaser of Raptor Series products a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect or scratches during the life of the product. This one (1) year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company’s products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, shipping charges, inconvenience, or consequential damages. One (1) year after your original purchase date, you will be responsible for purchasing any future replacement end caps or step pads.
Powder Coated Step Brackets - Limited Ten-Year Warranty
CYC Engineering, Inc. guarantees the original purchase of Raptor Series products a limited ten (10) year warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, bending, breaking or failure under normal use. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications, product neglect, scratches or surface rust during the life of the product. This limited ten (10) year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of company's products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, shipping charges, inconvenience, or consequential damages. Ten (10) years after your original purchase date, you will be responsible for purchasing any future replacement bracket kits.
Proper Care and Maintenance
As with any outdoor product, proper care is essential for maintaining the high luster and corrosion properties of stainless steel. The stainless steel Raptor Series uses at CYC Engineering, Inc. is from a 300 series grade. This is one of the most durable metals produced for outdoor use. Nature, however, can and will fade or tarnish the appearance of any polished finish. In rare cases, the appearance of rust can form on the polished finish. The “surface rust” as it’s called, is simply elements found in nature that oxidizes on our finish. Raptor Series recommends regular cleaning with soap and water. The use of a regular car wax applied every three months will normally provide a slick, protective barrier that will not allow the oxidizing elements to rest upon our products. Raptor Series strongly recommends these preventative measures to allow you to enjoy the products for years.
