What is the pipe called that goes from the 3-bolt flanged with a cat converter to the 2-bolt flange?

Hello, I believe you're referring to the exhaust manifold with the built-in catalytic converter. Some people in the Subaru community also refer to it as an "up pipe" or "downpipe".
