Universal 32,000 lbs Orange Soft Connect Shackle by ARB®. The ARB Soft Connect Shackle has been designed and tested to get you out of tough situations quicker that traditional steel d-ring shackles. The polyethylene synthetic rope used on today's premium winches has been beefed up to 12mm to handle loads up to 32,000lbs and is made to deploy quick, with no screw pins to fumble with. Protected from abrasion by a Hypalon ™ sleeve and made to float in water the Soft Connect Shackle is also resistant to short term UV exposure. A must for any off road recovery kit when you are heading out on the trails.

Warranty

ARB warrants ARB products against defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty period. If defective workmanship or materials become apparent in the warranty period, ARB will replace or repair the defective ARB product. Products that are used in competition void warranty. Product purchased “used” or “open box” are not covered under warranty.

ARB warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Fitting of the ARB product other than in accordance with the product information and all relevant vehicle safety and compliance laws, including incorrect fitting
Using the ARB product other than for the purpose for which it was originally designed or other than in accordance with the product information and all relevant vehicle safety and compliance laws, including unusual, improper or negligent use or misuse, or overloading
Misuse or neglect of the ARB product, including improper repair or maintenance, or failing to repair and maintain
Alteration, abuse, acts of nature, terrorism, vandalism, collision, road hazards, or adverse conditions
Formal or informal competitive events, such as racing, rallying, hill climbing, speed trials, or similar activities
Using the ARB product in underground mining or other highly corrosive environments

The warranty period commences on and from the purchase date and ends as follows:

Air Locker – 5 years / unlimited miles
ARB Branded product – 3 years / unlimited miles
Bushes, bearings, shackles, pins, U-bolts, batteries, globes, gas struts – 1 year or 25,000 miles (whichever occurs first)
Roof Rack Fitting Kit – 2 years

For all ARB products used for commercial applications including (without limitation) taxis, hire vehicles, and use in the mining industry, ARB warrants to you that the ARB product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for the commercial use warranty period:

Air Locker & ARB Branded product – 3 years or 60,000 miles (whichever occurs first)
Bushes, shackles, pins, U-bolts, batteries, globes, gas struts – 1 year or 25,000 miles (whichever occurs first)
Roof Rack Fitting Kit – 2 years

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:
