Warranty

APG Grilles have a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required. This limited warranty does not include normal wear and tear and is void if product shows evidence of misuse, abuse, accident, collision, road hazard, improper installation and/or maintenance or modification.

This warranty is limited to the repair and /or replacement of the product only at the discretion of APG Grilles. Grease and dirty particles will corrode even the highest quality stainless steel given enough time. Most accessories require regular maintenance. For APG Grille products, they recommend normal cleaning using mild soap and water and use of a non-abrasive aluminum/stainless steel polish on a continual basis taking into consideration your climate and driving conditions. Never use steel wool or metal brushes to clean your grille, also avoid using abrasive cleaning agents to clean your grilles.

APG Tonneau Covers have a lifetime limited warranty on the frame: against defective materials or workmanship on all Aluminum rails, aluminum components, clamps, hinges, bows and hardware. 5-Year on the tarp: against defective materials or workmanship on the vinyl cover. Warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, modification, neglect, improper service or installation.

APG Grille Guards, Running Boards, Chrome Trim, Off-Road Bumpers, Trailer Hitches have a 1-year limited warranty.

2017 Tacoma Running Boards

APG® IB20RJE6H - 6" H Series Cab Length Black Running Boards

These running boards are a perfect fit for my Tacoma. It took me only one hour to install them. No special tools were needed. These were a third the price I paid for my OEMs. I replaced my OEMs because the coating on them were peeling off like old paint on a 100 year old barn. I am very confident my new boards will last much longer. Very satisfied.

OEM Look!

APG® - 6" H Series Cab Length Running Boards

Directions seemed kind of vague but once you are under the truck it’s easy to decipher the directions. The driver’s side took 45 minutes, the passenger side took 20 minutes. Fairly easy to install but keep in mind you are installing 24 bolts while you are upside down on your back. Very solid, look great, I’m very pleased with them. The quality is super, all hardware was provided and they were surprisingly heavy. One reviewer mentioned that only 3 brackets per side, honestly, 4 brackets would be overkill. I’m 6 3 and 280, they easily support my weight.

Very Good Fit and Easy Installation

APG® IB03RAG1H - 6" H Series Cab Length Black Running Boards

I read reviews complaint there were only 3 brackets per side. I was having buyers remorse before they arrived. Today I received the total order and was very pleased to find 8 heavy brackets. It took longer getting the Chevy rubber plugs out of the bolt holes than any other part. Part of that issue was I had the truck undercoated by Ziebart. All in all. Very happy

Simple Installation with Beautiful Result

APG® - 6" H Series Cab Length Running Boards

Bought these for my 2021 Tundra. Excellent packing allowed for perfect product when delivered. I highly recommend CARiD as a seller. The product itself was easily installed. Every bolt, washer, nut, and hanger needed was delivered with the kit. The installation directions that came in the kit were spot on. Took about 45 minutes per side, and they are just a beautiful accessory on the truck. They are sound and strong. Go ahead and get these. You will not be disappointed.

Easy Install and Look Great

APG® - 6" H Series Cab Length Running Boards

A couple of YouTube videos were helpful, but about an hour for the passenger side, 30 minutes for the driver side. Only glitch was that the coupling bolts off the engine mount and seat belt bold are a bit long. This could be fixed by cutting the bolts, or just inserting more M12 flat washers under the locking washer (the latter is what I did). Plenty of options for spacing along the length and levelling. They look great!

These boards look great but pretty positive they will rust out and fall apart rather quickly. Someone hit my truck and ruined one of my running boards which look almost identical to these so I bought these as I couldn’t find my originals. So I removed the old running boards and went to install these and they felt light as a feather, so I picked up an old one and one of these new boards and these are literally 1/3rd the weight just cheap stamped junk and after shipping these were 300 my originals 250 and I guarantee these could’nt cost 50 bucks to make they’re that cheap!

Perfect Fit

My company "cheaped" out when ordering a Ford Expedition. Our 2020 SSV model didn't come with running boards or a center console. These APG 6" H Series running boards fit perfect and were an easy install. Now to find an aftermarket center console.

They Are Ok with Shorting You a Bracket

APG® - 6" H Series Cab Length Running Boards

The running boards I ordered for my Chevy Colorado only came with 3 brackets for each side, even though the vehicle is equipped with 4 mounting points. I made a call both CARID and the manufacturer and both told that they thought that was good enough, and to leave the open space wherever smaller people would be using the board. Wrong answer IMHO. If there are 4 mounting points there should be 4 brackets. Period.

2022 Ram 2500

APG® IB04RBJ9H - 6" H Series Cab Length Black Running Boards

I like the style of the step, it's lightweight. I put it on a 2022 Ram 2500. Shipping was really fast. But you pay for what you get, it's a budget step the bolts that hold the steps to the bracket are tiny and will break with a little tap. the front drivers side mounting bracket junk, but it's because RAM made that 1 mounting point completely different and all the others the same. There is no adjustment to the steps because the brackets limitations. I wouldn't buy this again.

They Work

APG® IB04RBE8H - 6" H Series Cab Length Black Running Boards

For a guy that is one year younger then D Day, they work great. they flex a bit when I put pressure on them, then the truck moves. Time will tell if that is a problem. 25 years or when I cross the bar, then all will be well.
