Limitations on the Warranty. Remedy Limits. Repair or replacement is your sole remedy under this limited warranty or any other warranty related to the product. Cequent will not be liable for service or labor charges incurred in removing or replacing a product or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge and agree that any use of the product for any purpose other than the specified use(s) stated in the product instructions is at your own risk.

Governing Law. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights which vary from state to state. This limited warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to rules pertaining to conflicts of law. The state courts located in Oakland County, Michigan shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes relating to this warranty.

Watch Internet And Then Install.

Draw-Tite® 75236 - Class 3 Max-Frame™ Trailer Hitch with 2" Receiver Opening (5000/500 Weight Capacity)

Very happy with my purchase. Fits my 2015 Tacoma extended cab perfectly. Dealer wanted a 1000 bucks to purchase and install. I installed this one and saved 800 bucks. Didn't have to remove the bumper. Just make all the bolts really loose and take them out and replace them one or two at a time as you add spacers or attach the hitch. Watch the internet a couple times to see what you can expect. Wash the underneath side of your truck before doing this because you will be laying on your back looking up while you knock crud into your eyes. Stopped a couple times to pick dirt out of my eye. The spacing on everything was an exact match. Didn't have to force anything into place. Everything is nice and tight. Took a total of 3 hours to install. 2 people helps but isn't absolutely necessary as long as you have enough butt to hoist it into place and hold it while you attach bolts.

Haven't had a chance to tow anything yet, but arrived quickly, looks great, and top quality. The price wasn't bad for the item and the people at CARiD made everything simply. Made sure I had everything I needed and very professional.
