Most aftermarket steel off-road bumpers are strong enough, but that strength comes at a cost with a lot of excess weight. This heft can make your front end droop unless you install suspension spacers, and also cost you more at the pump with reduced gas mileage. Most of these bumpers are also stand alone parts. If you want to add accessories like an over-rider bar or a winch, you have to get the drill out and do a lot of fabrication.

It's made of sturdy lightweight aluminum and approximately 80 lbs. lighter than the average aftermarket steel off-road bumper, and almost 9 lbs. lighter than the OE bumper. Government studies show a fuel economy benefit of 2% for every 100 lbs. of weight savings. And this bumper is already set-up for all optional equipment, making adding accessories to your bumper a bolt-on procedure.
This bumper is uniquely styled, with Jeep grille inspired slats at the front and cutouts for the factory fog lights. It comes with a top cover plate in place of a winch mount plate, but the winch mounting plate (not included) can be installed. The bumper comes standard with steel D-rings for strong pulling points and it's powder coated in textured black for a great appearance and long lasting durability. Mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions are included, and it's backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
