Inverted Dynamic Pro Sport™ Front and Rear Lowering Coilover Kit by Yellow Speed Racing®. Designed and developed for all motoring enthusiasts wanting excellent handling without sacrificing comfort. This suspension system features 33-way adjustable dampening settings and full length adjustment to meet every driver’s handling desires. Pillowball mounts and adjustable camber plates are included for front and rear on most kits to increase steering response, while aluminum upper mounts with hardened rubber bushings are used on some applications for noise reduction. This suspension system is ideal for daily driving and occasional track use.

This suspension system features 33-way dampening force adjustment (compression/ rebound). A wide range of dampening adjustments can be made to provide a variety of responses to different road conditions and to tune the ride feel.

In some Audi and Volkswagen or other vehicle makes applications, the dampening can not be adjusted on the rears without shock removal, which was found in Yellow Speed previous design and other brands. This caused so much inconvenience and time waste to the driver who desired perfect ride feel.

Spring Bearing Top

Spring bearing top is mounted under the pillowball mount to make the handling more agile and to eliminate the spring noise caused by car cornering. This design enables the spring and the shock to perform together more effectively.

Monotube Inverted Design

Monotube Inverted Design
For the suspension system with front or rear MacPherson strut model, the monotube inverted design is utilized to reduce the effect upon the damping oil and shock piston resulting from high temperature from the brake system and to take side loading better without major deflection. The damper rod is made up-side down to save unsprung weight for better suspension response. The inverted strut is built stronger than a regular shock due to different shock body construction with an outer sleeve. For the suspension system with rear A-Arm strut model, the rear damper rod has been thickened to 20mm, which enables to support a bit more side G Force, and makes a vehicle more stable. In addition, the thickened damper rod can prevent from being bent or deformed.

Pillow Ball Upper Mount With Adjustable Camber Plate
For suspension systems utilizing a MacPherson strut type, the pillow ball mounts with adjustable camber plates are included fronts and rears (where applicable) to offer direct and complete handling response. However, pillow balls on some applications may create rattling sound (metal-to-metal sound, and this can be found on other brands as well). This is normal and it does not affect the product’s performance.

All springs are produced from high quality SAE9254 steel for optimal durability and high tensile strength. The spring rate and shape remains unchanged and undeformed, even if the spring has been subjected to long term wear.

Shock Body

Shock body is coated with Electroplating treatment to prevent rust and corrosion in the harsh conditions of motorsport.

Full Length Adjustable

Full Length Adjustable
For most MacPherson strut models, the brake line bracket is welded manually perfectly to the steel lower mount. A high quality forged alloy aluminum lower bracket is used for Double-A Arm strut type (where applicable). The vehicle ride height can be adjusted easily with the lower bracket by winding up and down to drop and raise. With the lower bracket, it allows maximum suspension travel without affecting the shock stroke.

Lower Locking Collar

It is made from forged 6061 aluminum for increased strength and rigidity.

Developed Damping Oil

Developed Damping Oil
Yellow Speed formula damping oil contains high quality deformer to prevent foaming, and the viscosity remains unchanged under any working temperature conditions to ensure that all internal components perform perfectly.

Aluminum Upper Mount

Aluminum Upper Mount
For suspension systems utilizing a Double A-Arm strut type, this coilover kit comes standard with aluminum upper mounts. Yellow Speed also offer pilowball upper mounts for Double A-Arm strut type as an upgrade for extra cost.

Wave Alloy Steel Thrust Washer

Wave Alloy Steel Thrust Washer
For Front MacPherson strut models, wave alloy steel thrust washer is installed between a lower locking collar and a bottom mount. The wave thrust washer can provide a controlled amount of friction between the lower locking collar and the bottom mount to effectively prevent the lower bracket from spinning around or becoming loose.

Decent. Cost More Than They're Worth

Noticeably improved handling. Did not fit as delivered, had to wait for the manufacturer to send another part. Also did not include caster/camber plates as depicted.

Very Good For the Price
Yellow Speed Racing® - 0"-3" x 0"-3" Dynamic Pro Sport™ Front and Rear Lowering Coilover Kit
This is my first set of coil-overs, installed on my 2014 Nissan Sentra. What a night and day difference, these coil-overs offer great stability, and surprisingly, very good ride comfort. Now yes, they're still coil-overs and can be overly harsh, but my car looks and rolls down the road very well. This is the sweet spot for coil-overs, don't go too cheap, this is a great buy.

Slammed!
Gold anodized and black nice color combo! This was my first time installing coilovers it was a challenge and it took me 3 afternoons to install and make the required adjustments, keep in mind I'm disabled, the ride, price, and appearance are well worth the money. I recommend them to everyone that is looking to purchase a set of coilovers! Installation is fairly simple and install time is about 10 -12 hrs.

Just as if Not Better than Expected
First off, the box these came in just gets you excited. Inside is a very well put together package that even comes with a signed and initialed checklist that has everything you need for your application. These coilovers feature 33 way dampening that will take your ride from floaty and boaty, to stiff for track oriented applications. The dampening really does make a big difference even in my daily driver, for my regular commutes I have them set very soft which provides a very close to OEM feel which I desired. On the other hand, I can crank them up a few notches and go on mountain drives and take curves and turns smooth as butter. The hardest part of installing these was getting my old shock strut assembly out, which has absolutely nothing to do with the coilovers themselves. The installation is a breeze even for the weekend DIY’er, after removal of my original suspension, it took probably about 10 minutes to get them bolted in and everything reconnected. Overall I highly recommend these coilovers, they are stout and provide an ample dampening adjustment range. Hats off to the guys over at yellow speed, quality product from quality people! And no, this review is not sponsored, I paid full price for my set and hope this can convince someone who’s on the fence themselves about deciding which coilover set up to go with.

Yellow Speed Racing
Look great, great quality, however, common sense tell you metal on metal will make a noise. All 4 are squeaking extremely bad. I am removing them today and going to see about making rubber insulators of the springs on the top and bottom.
