By design, wind deflectors are divided into in-channel and tape-on wind guards. The latter one is the core product of Wellvisors. Its stick-on wind deflectors are built to lay over the frame of a vehicle's windows and easy to install with clips or 3M tape. No cutting, drilling or any other modifications to the windows or the product itself are required. Wellvisors' wind deflectors are custom designed for a specific vehicle, so they fit right in place for the first time. In most cases, the installation process takes a couple of minutes for each deflector.
It's going without saying that the quality of materials makes a world of difference to the look and longevity of a product. Wind deflectors are no exception, which is why Wellvisors makes all its deflectors from high-grade polycarbonate, the material that is widely known for its durability and light weight. While most manufacturers of out-channel wind deflectors offer 3M tape installation only, Wellvisors provides several ways of installing its products. Along with traditional 3M tape, a lot of its wind deflectors come with metal mounting clips. Such clips guarantee that your window visors will not come off in harsh weather conditions or while your vehicle is running at a high speed. They especially come in handy for large cars and trucks due to the increased dimensions of their doors and windows, and therefore, larger and heavier wind deflectors they need. The installation process of clip-on wind deflectors is a bit more complicated compared to traditional ones, although, it doesn't require special skills and can be done by yourself in your garage.
